Evapco, Inc. and Beijing Longyuan Cooling Technology Company, LTD (“BLCT”) are pleased to announce that they have joined forces to pursue the global air cooled condenser (“ACC”) market and hybrid cooling market for the power industry via a USA based company named EVAPCO-BLCT Dry Cooling, Inc.  The single row tube bundle technology and “best in class” quality which have propelled BLCT to become an ACC market leader in China will be the basis of offerings by EVAPCO-BLCT Dry Cooling, Inc.   BLCT will continue as an ACC market leader in China, operating independent of EVAPCO-BLCT Dry Cooling.
